We designed an interface for Biddle Moore to analyze their competitors in the Motorcycle industry. To develop my user experience skills, I was lead designer in a group of four, where we prototyped an information visualization tool that created competitive analysis reports for Biddle Moore.
Originally these reports were made weekly by a secretary using Microsoft Word and that would be printed and then distributed to executives at meetings. We had to ensure that all types of users could use the new system and only then would our project add value to the company. We decided on prototyping a dynamic reporting interface that could be used during the meeting to show real-time results.
